Len and Jo Ann Nerenburg have made it their bucket list to visit all of the National Parks. While we visited our first national parks in 1970, life got in the way and it wasn’t until 1998 that we made a foray out of Las Vegas to Bryce, Zion and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon that we became hooked on the parks.
After that we started criss-
In 2018 we completed our bucket list of what were then 60 National Parks. Since that time 3 new National Parks have been designated. With our recent trip to New River Gorge National Park we have now, again, completed our bucket list and been to all 63 National Parks.
We’ve settled on a methodology that has maximized our ‘park time’ and made the most of our driving time. This website is a way to share our love of these parks and the knowledge we’ve gained so that others can get maximum benefit from their visit to a National Park.
If you are planning to visit a National Park I may be able to make your trip that much more enjoyable. There are many things to do and see and ways to maximize your time and minimize your regrets. My experiences and extensive knowledge of the National Parks, National Monuments, highways and byways, lodging and many other related things can vastly improve your experience.
